Terms of Service & Research Use Agreement
By purchasing products from Compound Supply Co., the buyer acknowledges, understands, and agrees to the following legally binding terms:
- Research Use Only: All chemicals, peptides, and compounds distributed by Compound Supply Co. are intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory research, development, and scientific evaluation.
- Prohibition of Human Use: Under no circumstances shall any of these materials be used for human consumption, therapeutic use, medical diagnostics, veterinary injections, cosmetics, or household applications.
- Buyer Qualifications: The purchaser warrants that they are affiliated with a legitimate laboratory, university, or research institution, and are fully trained in the safe handling, storage, and disposal of synthesized proteins and chemical reagents.
- Liability Disclaimer: Compound Supply Co. accepts no liability for any adverse effects, misuse, injury, or regulatory non-compliance resulting from the handling or application of these unapproved research chemicals.
